Ingredients
- 1 cup Dojo Fresh Homestyle Protein Pancake Mix
- ¾ cup fresh apple cider (instead of water)
-
1-2 teaspoon oil (optional)
Directions
Preheat a nonstick, lighltly oiled pan or griddle over medium-low heat
In a bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, apple cider and oil (if using). Let mixture rest for a few minutes. Batter will be thick and scoopable.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet.
Cook 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook 3-4 minutes more.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Recipe Note
For a softer, moister pancake, add 1–2 teaspoons of oil to the batter. If you’re making waffles, adding oil is recommended — it helps prevent them from turning out too dry or overly crisp.
