Ingredients
- ½ cup Dojo Fresh Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix

¼ cup water or milk (plant or dairy)

1 tsp oil (or applesauce for a lighter option)
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup, sugar, or sweetener of choice
- Optional: 1 Tbsp chocolate chips, nuts, or nut butter
Directions
In a microwave-safe mug, combine all ingredients and stir until smooth. The batter should be thick.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds. If the middle looks underdone, continue cooking in 15–30 second intervals until set.
- Let cool for 1–2 minutes before eating.
Add your favorite toppings — sliced fruit, nut butter, or a scoop of ice cream are all great choices.

1. For a non-vegan version, 1 egg, reducing the milk to 3 tablespoons. This version will have a lighter, more cake-like texture.
